Please read these terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or playing CITAGAH across Android, TV, iOS, or Web, you agree to these conditions.
1. License & Intellectual Property
CITAGAH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games for personal entertainment. All software code, game logic, artwork, custom audio compositions, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of CITAGAH.
You strictly agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, disassemble, extract source assets, or create unauthorized derivative software based on CITAGAH.
2. Virtual Goods & Virtual Economy
Virtual coins, passes, table themes, emojis, and 3D charms are digital entertainment items with zero real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for fiat currency outside the app.
3. Fair Play, Safety & Community Standards
CITAGAH maintains zero tolerance for unsportsmanlike conduct:
- • No automated bots, macros, memory manipulation, or unauthorized third-party game modifiers.
- • No harassment, hate speech, abusive language, or inappropriate player usernames/bios in public or private rooms.
- • Violations result in immediate permanent account suspension and loss of virtual goods without refund.
4. Peer-to-Peer Networking Notice
Certain realtime gameplay features utilize direct WebRTC peer connections between devices. By joining multiplayer matches, you acknowledge and accept standard risks inherent to peer-to-peer data synchronization over public networks.
5. Disclaimers & Governing Law
CITAGAH is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free gameplay. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
