1. How to Delete Your Account
📱 Method 1: In-App (Instant)
- Open CITAGAH and tap your Avatar / Settings.
- Scroll to Account Actions.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
✉️ Method 2: Email Request
Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. What Gets Deleted & Timelines
- • Immediate (0s): Your player profile, username, bio, custom avatar, friend list connections, and in-room chat messages are scrubbed immediately from live servers.
- • Backend Scrubbing (within 30 days): All database records, telemetry backups, and aggregate statistics are permanently purged.
- • Statutory Audit Retention (DPDP Rule 8(3)): Cryptographic, non-identifying transaction order hashes are retained in an isolated audit table for 1 year before automatic purging to satisfy statutory tax and financial anti-fraud requirements.
